Let’s celebrate the “5 years of the Litigation Chamber” !

the DPA is organising an event to celebrate the 5^th anniversary of the Litigation Chamber;

On 2 September 2024.

As a body of the DPA, the Litigation Chamber bears a major responsibility for monitoring compliance with the RGPD. Its task is to intervene to ensure compliance with the rules in cases referred to it, on the basis of a complaint or an inspection carried out at the initiative of the DPA.

The aim of this event is to raise awareness of the Litigation Division and its decisions.

The DPA will be welcoming a number of renowned speakers to the event, including Hielke Hijmans , Anne-Marie Witters and Caroline Verbruggen, Yves Poullet, Brendan Van Alsenoy, Peter Craddock and Elke Cloots.

The event will be held in French and Dutch, with simultaneous translation.
