Anouk Focquet : Anouk Focquet is a partner at Faros, a Brussels-based law firm specializing in data protection and competition law, where she leads the data protection team. She serves as the Data Protection Officer for the Flemish Bar Association and is a teaching assistant at KU Leuven’s Centre for IT & IP Law, instructing bachelor and master law students on data protection. Anouk co-authored a comprehensive monograph on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with editions published in 2019, 2022, and 2024. She frequently speaks on data protection topics and contributes to leading journals in the field.
