“In pursuit of the adventurers of the law on the private research sector”
The law of May 18, 2024, on private investigation brings major changes that will affect clients, private investigators, targeted individuals, and DPOs alike. This webinar will explain who is concerned by this regulation and its practical implications, especially when gathering information to protect one’s interests in case of a dispute, to locate missing persons, or to recover lost or stolen property. Ignoring this law would be risky, as its impact is broad and sometimes unexpected. DPOs should prepare for it to avoid having to step in urgently in complex situations.
